Marcial Díaz Contreras es INTÉRPRETE-TRADUCTOR INGLÉS-ALEMÁN-ESPAÑOL titulado en 1987.
Fundador de IDIOMAS Y EVENTOS LTDA. como emprendimiento con el nombre de fantasía "Subtítulos y Eventos" en 2009, en Santiago de Chile, con el objetivo de proveer servicios en idiomas (traducción, subtitulaje e interpretación), principalmente en inglés, alemán y español, así como servicios de interpretación/traducción simultánea con equipamiento de audio (cabinas, receptores inalámbricos, plataformas de videoconferencia, etc.) para congresos, conferencias, seminarios, webinars, capacitaciones, talleres, etc.
A partir de abril de 2013 pasó a denominarse S & E, Idiomas y Eventos S.p.A., profundizando el trabajo que realizaba previo al 2013.
En abril de 2022 la empresa pasa a llamarse IDIOMAS Y EVENTOS LTDA., con Marcial Díaz como representante legal y con un enfoque exclusivo en servicios de interpretación de idiomas.

Marcial Díaz Contreras is INTERPRETER-TRANSLATOR ENGLISH-GERMAN-SPANISH graduated in 1987.
IDIOMAS Y EVENTOS LTDA. was founded by Marcial Díaz C. back in 2009, as entrepreneurship with the fantasy name "Subtítulos y Eventos", with the purpose of providing language services (translation, subtitling, captioning and interpretation), mainly in English, German and Spanish, as well as simultaneous interpretation/translation services with sound equipment (booths, wireless receivers, videoconference platforms, etc.) for congresses, conferences, seminars, webinars, training courses, workshops, etc.
Since April 2013 Subtítulos & Eventos became S & E, Idiomas y Eventos S.p.A., strengthening the work accomplished before 2013.
In April 2022 the company changed its name to IDIOMAS Y EVENTOS LTDA., with Marcial Díaz as legal representative, and focusing exclussively on interpretation services.
