Sobre Mí

I have been more than 15 years translating advertising and marketing topics from Advertising Age magazine for Publimark and Ercilla in Chile, and more than 25 years of general translating experience. Later on I began working as a stable vendor for international agencies like Betranslated and SDL Chile.
Besides, I have translated several Web sites (such as http://www.wsbrokers.com) and  handbooks, booklets and newsletters for NGO's such as Freedom from Hunger, Integraterra, and Renacer, among others.
In particular, I have had the honour to attend the Antarctic Treaty Consultative Meetings (XXXV ATCM, Hobart, Australia, 2012 and XXXIV ATCM, Buenos Aires, Argentina, 2011) as an onsite conference translator, and later on, and up to this date, I pride myself on being designated as the Project Manager in charge of translating and coordinating the English to Spanish  translation team, working on all materials covering scientific, legal, administrative and financial aspects under the Antarctic Treaty framework.
Additionally,  I have had opportunity to collaborate with various international organisations, EU institutions, NGOs and charities.
